1. Orders & Custom Manufacturing
All products are custom-manufactured to the buyer's specification and artwork. An order is confirmed once artwork is approved and the required deposit is received. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, sizing and specifications.
2. Payment Terms & Methods
Accepted payment methods are Wise, Remitly, or wire transfer to our official company bank account. Terms: samples are paid 100% upfront; bulk orders are 50% upfront to begin production with the remaining 50% paid after production is completed and before dispatch. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency or Letters of Credit.
3. Samples
Sample fees are non-refundable and are not credited against bulk orders, as each sample is custom-made with dedicated time, labour and materials.
4. Quality, Returns & No-Refund Policy
MughalCaps operates a strict no-refund policy. Because every order is custom-manufactured to the buyer's specification, all sales are final and no cash refunds are issued once production is approved. All products undergo multi-stage quality control. Claims for defective or out-of-spec goods must be made within 14 days of receipt with supporting evidence; our liability is limited to free replacement or remake of the affected units.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork provided by the client remain the client's intellectual property. MughalCaps retains no rights to client designs except as necessary to fulfil the manufacturing order, and keeps all artwork confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
MughalCaps' total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan.
